We do not intentionally collect Social Security numbers, full payment-card numbers, or other highly sensitive data through our quote form. Do not submit such information unless specifically requested through a secure process.

This includes the state-specific carrier your request is routed to based on where you live (see "How Routing Works" on our SR22 and FR44 pages).

We may also share information:

  • With service providers (e.g., hosting, email/SMS delivery, analytics) who process data on our behalf;

4. Consent to Be Contacted (TCPA — Calls & Text Messages)

By submitting a form with your phone number and checking the consent box, you give your prior express written consent for RunQuotes, its agents/Partners, and the insurance carriers or agents we connect you with to contact you at the number provided — including by automatic telephone dialing system, prerecorded or artificial voice, and text message (SMS) — for marketing and servicing of your quote request.

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can request a quote without agreeing to automated calls/texts by contacting us directly.
  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • To stop texts, reply STOP at any time. Reply HELP for help.
  • To stop calls, ask to be placed on our internal Do-Not-Call list.
  • We retain a record of your consent (the text shown, date/time, and IP address).

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

6. Data Retention

We keep your information only as long as needed to fulfill your request, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements — then we delete or de-identify it.
